RES-2006-223RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 223 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-125 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated September 26, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R-125 be amended in the manner set forth, effective October 6, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-125, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 125 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Professional Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R-125 be amended as follows: 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-125 be amended by adding the following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as shown: Classification Salary Range Knowledge Database Marketing Specialist Assistant Engineer -Water Assistant Engineer -Electric X CR04 X CR08 X CR10 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said amendments to Resolution No. 2000R-125 shall not become effective until October 6, 2006. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-125 shall remain in full force and effect. F:\OT3740CS.DOC
