OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and pub utilit u

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the Cr E37; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH OF ORANGE
COUNTY. a corporation.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Magnolia Avenue)
of that parcel of land described as follows:
The North 15 acres of the East half of the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Town-
ship L South, Range 11 West, in the Ranchos Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof lying South of
the Northerly line of a seventy (70) foot strip of land
conveyed to Orange County Flood Control District by that
certain Final Order of Condemnation entered in Case Number
88598 in the Superior Court of the State of California
in and for the County of Orange entitled "Orange County
Flood Control District v. Alexander Stark, et al.,"
which Final Order was recorded January 18, 1962 in Book
5980, page 696 of Official Records.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

of Anaheim be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of Gexeral.Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 01.00)
