A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and public utilit ur oses

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the Ci y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MC KAG COMPANY a Partnershi•
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oraxtge, State of California,
to be used for an easement for r. •ur•oses
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Westerly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles to
the center line of Western Avenue) and the Southerly
53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the center
line of Ball Road) of the Westerly 170.00 feet of the
South half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M., in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
