A RESOLUTION OF THE CLTf COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and ublic u ilit

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the C1 y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best, interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of EDWARD J. FIORELLA and JESSYE M.
FIORELLA, husband and wife
to sell to the C ity of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of 0raage, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and ublic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows;
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 50.00 feet of the following described
parcel of land:
That portion of Lot Seven (7) of Anaheim Extension, as shown
on a Map of Survey by William Hamel, acknowledged by Alfred
Robinson, Trustee, recorded in Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 0° 07' 30" East 141.83 feet
from the bolt marking the intersection of the center line of
State College Boulevard (formerly known as Placentia Avenue)
and the center line of Lincoln Avenue; thence South 81° 19' 30"
West 137.83 feet to a point; thence North 12 55' 20" West
70.19 feet to a point; thence North 81 19' 30" East 153.85
feet to a point in the center line of said State College
Boulevard; said center line being the Easterly line of said
Lot Seven (7); thence along said center line of said State
College Boulevard South 0 07' 30" West 70.83 feet to the
point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
