A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se]
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of De Witt R. Lee. Ruth P. She herd.

to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of the North—
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&N., described as follows:
Begiming at a point on the West line of said Section, being
also a point on the center line of Magnolia Avenue, distant
Southerly 115 feet from the North line of said Section;
thence continuing South along said West line, 139 feet;
thence Easterly, parallel to the North line of said Section,
53.00 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with and
distant 53.00 feet Easterly of the West line of said Section
to a point 115 feet Southerly of the North line of said
Section 18; thence Westerly, parallel to said North line,
53.00 feet to the point of beginning.
