A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for _road and public ut it i -v purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and i'urchase said real property°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Section 9, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
The Northerly 30.00 feet of the Easterly 220 feet of the Westerly
372.55 feet of the Southerly 426 feet (as measured from the center
line of North Street) of Lot 4, as shown on a Licensed Surveyors
Map of a portion of said Section 9 made for F. W. Fleischmann and
filed in Book 1, page 56 of Record of Surveys in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across thatparcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly five (5) feet of the Southerly 426 feet of Lot 4, as
shown on a Licensed Surveyors Map of a portion of said Section 9,
made for F. W. Fleischmann and filed in Book 1, page 56 of Record
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 220 feet thereof.
The Westerly two (2) feet of the above described public utility
easement will be used for overhang purposes only.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
