1962-0943WHEREAS, the owners of Tract No. 2936, being BILL
RETTS and VIRGINIA RETTS, did offer for dedication to the
County of Orange for road and public utility purposes
Lot "A" of Tract No. 2936 at the time said tract map was
recorded; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange did not at that time
accept said offer of dedication for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the property covered by said Tract No. 2936
has been annexed to and is now a part of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, said lot is necessary for road and public
utility purposes in connection with streets contemplated for
extension now, and the City Council finds that said offer
of dedication made at the time of the acceptance and recordation
of said tract map should be accepted by the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby
accept Lot "A" of Tract No. 2936 for road and public utility
purposes as offered for dedication to the County of Orange
at the time of the acceptance and recordation of said tract
map, said tract map being shown on a map recorded in Book 82,
pages 39 and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of October, 1962.
