A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (X)UNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED'CONVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT roR PUBLIO UTILI'l'Y
PURPOSES
.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposefJ ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LOAR.A CO.. a partners41p
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public utility purposes

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the C1ty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/l00 Dollars ($1.00).
