A RESOLUTION OF TIfE CITY CXlUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ffiANT DEED' aJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTTLli:Y PURPOSES 0
WHiREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wits An easement for road. and nublic
utilitv Durooses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the Clty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
