A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY roUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ffiANT DEED'roNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
roR AN EASEMENT FOR STREE'I' AHD PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES 0
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t: An easement for street and
public utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT E. KENlifEDY and F.LF.ANOR B. KENNEDY,
husband and wife~ & JAEES S. SHO"If and PATRICIA G. SNOW, r1llsband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for street and .auelic utili ty
purpOSes , and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of 'tract No. 2~Dl, as
shown on a map I'ecorded in book 76, pages 32 and 33, Niscellaneous
Mais, records of said Oran~e County, said point being South O. 33'

owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the c~ty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
