ed on September 6, 1955; and

Kennedy and Eleanor ~I. Kennedy, husband and wife, and James S.

~J.eim and delivered to the City of Anal1eir'1 and duly recorded for
the hereina~ter described property; and

City of Anaheim, and described in said Grant Deed, was incorrect-

property not intended to be conveyed by the grantors and not in-
