A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A rnANT DEEDOONVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASFJIENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILI'l'Y PVRPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit I An easement for road and public
utility uurposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYNOl.jD R;UvIOS and
CHARLOTTE H. :R.bMOS. ~u8band and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for rOAd and Dublic utility u1J.rnol'l~1'l
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement :eor l'OE'"d and public utility purposes over,
under 8.nd across the Southerly 50 feet of the.t portion
of Lot 7, Anaheim Extension, located in the Ci t;y of
Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Center street
which is N 740 :37' JOII E, 100 feet from the Southeast
corner of the land described in the Deed to James B.
.\Hlliams recorded August 20, 1941, and filed in Book
1105, page 415 of Offidal Records in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County; thence N 120 08'
W 155 feet; thence N 740 J71 30" E 65 feet; thence S 120
08' E 155 feet to the center line of said Center street;
thence S '(M 37' 3011 W 65 feet to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the city Council of the

ance of said property.

City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
