A RESOLlITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED. CONVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBlENT FOR ROAD AND ~UBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty 0 f Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t: An easement for road and
.nub] ic utility 1;}urnQses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBEHT LOUIR OLARK an9

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
