OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A rnANT DEED'CXJNVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEllTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t I An easement for road and nublic

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM NAGY and YOLAJ'!DA

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and nublie utility pUrnOAeEl
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
W1d.er and across the Southerly 9 feet of that parcel
of land loc&ted in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and being a portion of Lot 3 in Block
12 of the Fairview Colony Tract as shown on a map recorded
in Book 1, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County, more particularly
describeci as follows:
The Westerly 90 feet of the Easterly 196.94 feet of the
North One Half of said Lot 3 of the Fairview Colony Tract.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the Clty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
