A ?~SOLUTION OF THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF &~AHEIM AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
AND ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
~nE1ZEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds blat it is in tne public interest to acquire the North-
east Water Company well site in the City of Anaheim for public
purposes; and
.'mEREAS I the owner of said well site, Northeast Hater
Company, has offered to sell said well site to the City of
Anaheim for the sum of $2,000.00; and
,lliEREAS, the City Council finds that the sum of
$2,000.00 is a fair and reasonable sum to pay for said well site
and that it is in the pUblic interest to acquire the same.
NOW, THLREFORE, Bl!. IT HESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of l~aheim that it authorize the purchase and acqui-
si tion of, and it: does hereby authorize the purchase and acquisi-
tion of the Northeast Water Company well site from the Northeast
Water Company for the sum of $2,000.00.
dE IT FURTHER l{ESOLVED that the sum of $2,000.00 be
paid to the said Northeast lqater Company when it has delivered
its aeed to said well site to the City of p~aheim.
THE FOREGOING l{ESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th oay of April, 1956.
