i\ RESOLUTION OF THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AJ.~AHEIIl AUTHORIZHlG THE PURCHASE
AND ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
wHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is in the public interest to acquire the well site in
Tract No. 2712 in the City of Anaheim for public purposes; and
,JHEREAS, the owner of said well site, Lloyd l'lannes,
nas offered to sell said well site to the city of Anaheim for
the sum of $4,975.00; and
WHEREAS, the city Council finds that the sum of
$4,975.00 is a fair and reasonable sum to pay for said well site
and that it is in the public interest to acquire the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of
the city of Anaheim that it authorize the purchase and acquisi-
tion of, and it does hereby authorize the purchase and acquisi-
tion of said well site, Tract 2712, from Lloyd Mannes for the
sum of $4,795.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $4,795.00 be
paid to said Lloyd Nannes when ne has delivered his deed to said
wll site to the City of Anaheim.
