WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter describ~ real property

WHBREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds

An easement for road and publio utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of land
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
The Easterly 40 feet, as measured at right angles

the Northerly 100 feet of the Southerly 270 feet,
as measured at right angles from the center line
of West North Street, of Lot 42 of Anaheim Exten-
sion, as shown in Book 2, page 6 of Compiled Maps
