WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witr An easement for ROAD AijD PTTRLJCJ

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREmRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

1n Block 12 of the Fairview Colony Tract as per map filed in Book
1, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County. EXCEPTING
thererrom the Southerly 2 feet.
'arcel 2: The Easterly 16.94 feet of the Southerly 170.8 feet

filed in Book 1, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps or Orange County.
