A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEF~NT FOR ROAD ill~D PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
Iv.HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha.sing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to aocept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nmv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the off'er of PAUL H. RICKERTS and MARY
l~INE RICKERTS, husband and wife, EVERETTE C. FARNSWORTH and
ANITA HAY FARNSWORTH, husband and wife, MARGUERITE FARNSWORTH,
a widow, ROSANA CENDEJAS, a single woman, JOSEPH S. MOLESKY and
l~EL V. MOLESKY, husband and wife, RAYMOND J. MOORE and VIOLET
H. l>tOORE, husband and wife, ROBERT S. BEGOLE and BETTY S. BEGOLE,
husband and. wife, and HARRY A. LARSON and ETHEL E. LARSON, hus-
band and wife to sell to the City of Anaheim the following de-
scribed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to be used for road and public utility
purposes, and mor'e pa,rticularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of Section 12, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., said point being distant
N 890 52' 1011 E, 787.76 feet more or less from the northwest
corner of said Section 12; thence S 00 09' 05" W, 330.51 feet
more or less to a point in the Southerly line of the E~, N~, Nt,
NWi, Wwt of said Section 12, said point being the true point of
beginning; thence S890 52' 05" W, 50 feet to a point, said point
being the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly, whose center
is the said true point of beginning, having a radius of 50 feet;
