RESOLUTION NO. 62R 839
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
created an Urban Renewal Agency in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed a Citizens
Advisory Committee to the City Council and the Urban Renewal
Agency; and
WHEREAS, studies by the Citizens Advisory Committee
have indicated a need for more formal investigation and
appraisal with regard to the possible Urban Renewal Agency
activities, and there will be a need for funds in order to con-
duct such investigative activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does hereby establish a "Community Redevelopment Agency Admini-
strative Fund" to be administered by the Urban Renewal Agency;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim does hereby authorize the transfer of $49,000.00
from the General Fund of the City of Anaheim to said Community
Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund and does authorize the
Finance Director of the City of Anaheim to transfer such funds
in accordance with this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 18th day of Septemr. 1962.
