CONSENTING TO THE CITY OF FULLERTON EXTENDING SEWAGE
FACILITIES AND SERVICE TO TRACTS NO, 2265, No. 2380
AND 113.6 ACRES LYING SOUTH OF HERMOSA DRIVE KNOWN
AS SAN JUAN NO. 2 AND RANCHO VIEJO BEING PORTIONS
OF THE EAST HALF OF SECTION 16 AND THE WEST HALF
OF SECTTON 15, TOWNSHIP 3S, RANGE W.OW, S,BOB.M.,
ALL BEING WITHIN THE FULLERTON SPONSORED AREA.
RESOLUTION NO, 3040
WHEREAS, the owners of property within the above described
territory'bave requested permission of the City of Fullerton to dis-
charge sewage and sewage waste from said area into_the sewage lines
and sewage disposal system of the City of Fullerton; and
WHEREAS, said area is outside the present boundaries of the
City of Fullerton; and
WHEREAS, the

that no good reason exists why such consent should not be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the I L

of Fullerton to permit or allow the deposit, placing or discharge of
sewage into its sewer system from said area
