A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELD CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT S. BELL and BEULAH R. BELL,
husband and wife, and MACE R. McKINNEY and DOROTHY A. McKINNEY. husb nd and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that certain real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The Westerly 30.00 feet of Lot 3 as shown on a record of
survey map made for F. W. Fleischmann in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, filed in Book 1, Page
56 of Record of Surveys of said County. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
the North 386.05 feet. ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom that portion
described as follows;
Beginning at a point 315 feet West of the East line of said
Lot 3 on a line parallel with and distant 386.05 feet Southerly
from the North line of said Lot 3; thence Southerly parallel
with said East line 240.00 feet; thence Southwesterly 380.3
feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 3 distant 743.75
feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence North
357.7 feet; thence East 362.00 feet parallel with said North
line to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars C4.00).
