A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELD CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property„
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Elmer H. Zachay and
Corinne C. Zachay, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the southerly ten (10) feet of Lot 11 of
Block G of a subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-3, as
shown on a map thereof filed in Book 34, Page 592
of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars C,
