WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM T. 0 an un-
married man, and RALPH E. GRAHAM and ROSEMARY I. GRAHAM, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and oublic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELD CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
Easements for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the westerly sixty (60) feet as
measured from the center line of Brookhurst Street
and the northerly fifty (50) feet as measured from
the center line of Ball Road, of that portion of
land described as follows:
Lot 1 of Tract 162, Home Croft Tract as shown on a
map thereof filed in Book 12, page 6 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of OrangeCounty, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (',-1.00)
