A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELD CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GLEN E. BOYLES and
ELISABETH BLISS BOYLES husband and wife
to se to he ity o An e m he o owing escribed real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An Easement for road purposes over and along the South
30 feet of Lot 8 of Miles Rancho as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
The North and South lines of said 30 -foot strip shall
be shortened or extended so as to terminate at the north
westerly line of said Lot 8.
SUBJECT TO:
1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1955 -1956, a lien, not yet
payable.
2. Covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of record..

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars 0.1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
