A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
OR HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road or highway
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LEONARD W. SIEV ERT, RUTH
;CIE WERT ANNA ZAHL, RENE Q,UATACKER, NARY E. C UATACKER, ALB ART
F. SCHROEDER and LOUISE M. SCHROEDER to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
The Easterly ten (10) feet of the Westerly
forty (40) feet of the North half of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter and the North
one (1) foot of the South half of the Southwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 22, in Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 51, Page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Daps,
Records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that certain Parcel of land
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 22, and running thence East 100 feet; thence
South 30 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North
30 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
The Easterly ten (10) feet of the Westerly
forty (40) feet of that portion of the North half
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 22, in Township 4 South, R&nze 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 51, Page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said

Section 22, and running thence East 100 feet; thence
South 30 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North
30 feet to the point of beginning,
TO BE USED FOR ROAD OR HIGHWAY PURPOSE
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
out of the 1954 Street Improvement Bond Fund, to the owners
of said real property or their authorized representatives,
the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ("1500).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 8th day of November, 1955.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim signed and approved said Resolution on the
8th day of November, 1955.
