RESOLUTION NO. 3224
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANNiEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF N~ AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ~WHKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RELATING
TO THE RELOCATION OF A SEWER LINE AT THE
ORANGETTHOHPE AVENUE AND SAlilTA ANA FREEWAY
INTERCHANGE .
w~EREAS, in connection with the construction of the
Santa Ana Freeway by the Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, State of California, it has become necessary to
relocate a portion of the City of Anaheim sewer line at the
Orangethorpe Avenue and Santa Ana Freeway interchange; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of
Anaheim an agreement relating to such relocation of said sewer
line by the Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
State of California; and
ViliEREAS, after a review of said agreement, the City
Council finds that said agreement is satisfactory in all re-
spects and is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim and
is acceptable to the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it approve, and it does hereby approve,
the agreement relating to the relocation of the sewer line at
the Orangethorpe Avenue and Santa Ana Freeway interchange
between the Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
State of California, and the City of Anaheim; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of April, 1956.
