A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OTTY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
PURT,IC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes 9 and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THE EFO 3E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANTHONY TANISCALCHI and
MARY TVANISCALCHI husband and wife, to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
Ca.li_forna, and more particularly described as follows:
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ?1.00) Dollars.
An easement for ublic utility purposes over, under
and across the following described parcels of land:
Parcel 1: The southerly five (5) fe_t of Lot 6.
Parcel 2: The southerly five (5) fe:t of Lot 21.
Parcel 3: The northerly five (5) fe t of Lot 5.
Parcel 4: The northerly five (5) feet of Lot 22,
Said parcels being in Tract No. 1969 as shown on
maps thereof filed in Book 64, Pates 5 and 6 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
THE FOREGOING. RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
