A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CO'$VEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
PUBJIC UTILITY P"JRPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purPoses s and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the 'City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

Cali.forn a, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the followinz described percels of land
located in Tract 1825, as shown on maps thereof
filed in Book 62, Pales ij3 -Z 5 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Oran ee County, California:
Parcel 1: The easterly five (5) feet of Lot 54.
Parcel 2: The easterly five (5) feet of Lot 41.
Parcel 3: The easterly five (5) feet of Lot 23.
Parcel I,: The easterly five (5) feet of Lot 10.
Parcel 5: The westerly five (5) feet of Lot 53.
Parcel 6: The westerly five (5) feet of Lot 42.
Parcel 7: The westerly five (5) feet of Lot 22.
Parcel 8: The westerly five (5) feet of Lot 11.
he, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars.
