A RESOLUTION 02 TH CITY COUNCIL OF TH:' CITY
OF ANAIIFTN ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROLD AND PTJ LIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHLFEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real
property for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road
and public utility purposes; and
T- IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and 1urchase said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of FIRST CHU :CH OF
CHRIST SCIENTIST OF ANAHEII`, CALIFORNIA, and W. GEORGE IIeNAIR,
;DNA L. McNAIR, husband and wife, and RALPH W. NAAS to sell
to the City of Anaheim the followin_ described real property
situated it the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and -ublic utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under, along, across and through that
portion of the land lying within the Koeffler Tract,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 17, Page 30
of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California and as said
land is more particularly shown on a map filed in Book
2, Pae 26 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the
County Recorder of said. Orange County described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Citron Street
North 15° 21' 00" West 1037.50 feet from its inter-
section with the center line of North Street; thence
Easterly 24.75 feet along the southerly lire of the land
described in Certificate of Title No. 15,593 on file in
the office of the Registrar of Titles of said Orange
County: to a point on a line parallel with and distant
Easterly 24..75 feet measured at right angles from the
center line of said Citron Street, being the true point
of beginning; thence continuing easterly along said
Southerly line 5.25 feet to a line parallel with and
distant Easterly 30.00 feet measured et right angles from
the center line of said Citron Street; thence North 15°
21' 00" West 128.73 feet along said parallel line to the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northeasterly 23.57 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 90° 02' 42"
to a line parallel with and distant Southerly 27.00 feet
measured at right angles from the northerly line of said
Certificate No. 15,593; thence North 74° 41' 42" East
247.14 feet along said last mentioned parallel line to
to the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southeasterly

of 39 38' 46" to the beginning of a reverse curve
concave westerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet;
thence Easterly, Northerly and Westerly 226.28 feet
along said reverse curve through a central angle of

concave nor=thwesterly and having a radius of 50.00
feet; thence southwesterly 34.60 feet along said
last mentioned reverse curve through a central angle
of 39° 38 L.6" to a line parallel with and distant
Northerly 27.00 feet measured at right angles from
the northerly line of said Certificate No. 15,593;
thence South 74° 41 42" West 247.20 feet along
said last mentioned parallel line to the beginning
of a curve concave northeasterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence northwesterly 23.55 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 89° 571 18" to
a line parallel with and distant Easterly 30.00 feet
measured at right angles from the center line of
said North Citron Street; thence North 15° 21 00"
West 125.02 feet along said parallel line to the
northerly line of the land described in Certificate
of Title No. 15,327 on file in the Office of Registrar
of Titles of said Orange County, California; thence
South 74° 41 42" West 5.25 feet along said Northerly
line to a line parallel with and distant Easterly
24.75 feet measured at right angles from the center
line of said Citron Street; thence South 15° 21 00"
East 337.75 feet along said parallel line to the
true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (x:=1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
1st day of November, 1955.
