A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC U '�c''
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CENTURY MANOR, a Limited
Partnership,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as
Easements for public utility purposes over,
under, across and through that real property
in Tract No. 2652 in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 78, Pages 24 and 25
of Miscellaneous Maps, Official Records of
Orange County, described as follows:
The easterly thirty (30) feet of the southerly
three (3) feet of Lot 5; the northerl y five (5)
feet of Lot 17; the southerly six (6) feet
of Lot 18; the southerly five (5) feet of Lot
28; the northerly six (6) feet of Lot 29; and
the westerly thirty (30) feet of the northerly
three (3) feet of Lot 38, all in said Tract
No. 2652.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars $1.00)
