~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CO~VEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

~mEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirO'ls of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES._._..~ ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it iS,for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anah eim to acc ept sald offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORA B. MILLER. a widow. and

to the City of' Anaheim the following described real property
sitl.~ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
C!J.J.5!:'orn::a, RrJ d more particul arly descl'ibed as follows:
An easement for roed and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly fifty (50) feet, measured at right angles from
the centerline of Brookhurst Street, and the Southerly fifty (50)
feet, measured at right angles from the centerline of Ball Road,
of the following described portion of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
The South half of the West half of the Southwest quarter (SWi) of
the Southwest quarter (SWi) of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. & M. and further described as the northeast corner
of Brookhurst street and Ball Road consisting of ten (10) acres
more or less.
TO BE USED FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
