imEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desiro'ls of purchasing the hereinafter described real property

WHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFO!1E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to sell

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
Cal:iforn:in., and more particulaJ:'ly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
those parcels of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, state of California, described as Lots 4 and 3 of
Block lIA" in Tract 13, as shown on a map thereof filed in Book
9, page 12 of Ivliscellaneous I.laps, reoords of Orange County,
California, more particularly described as follows:
Pareel 1: The Northerly 5 feet of the Southerly 450.78 feet
of said Lot 4 of Block lIA" of Tract 13.
Parcel 2: The Northerly 5 feet of the Southerly 450.78 feet
of the Westerly 42.31 feet of said Lot 3 of Block "AU of
Tract 13.
