1lliEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro'ls of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for ROAD AND PtffiLIa

WHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFOilli, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes, over, under
and across the Westerly 50 feet llJeasured at right angles from
the center line of Brookhurst street (60 feet wide) of that
Darcel of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot '+ in Block "AU of 'l'rclct 13, as shown on 8 map thereof
filed in Book 9, page 12 of Niscellaneous Maps, records of
Oranpe County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Northerly 216 feet as measured at
right angles from the center line of Lincoln Avenue (60 feet
wide) .
