A RESOLlITION OF THE CITY amNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED. CONVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIJ4 CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOFlER.

WHHREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t: An easement for STRF.F.T PTTH'pn!=lF.!=l.
; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Eml~ G. RAVMOND
PROPERTIES INC.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for STRF.F.T PURPORF.fIl
, and more particularly described as follows:
AN EASE~~NT for street purposes over the North 50 feet and the
West 40 feet of that portion of the northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, state of California, as the northwest
quarter of said section 9 is indicated on a map of Tract No.
2161, recorded in book 63 pages 33 through 35 of Miscellaneous
11aps, in the office of the county recorder of said county,
described 88 follol<!8:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of West La
Palma Avenue, 60 feet wide, and the center line of Euolid Avenue,
60 feet wide; thence easterly LhO feet along the center line of
\'lest La Palma Avenue; thence southerly at right angles to said
center line of West La Palma Avenue, 573.12 feet, more or less,
to a line paralleJ_ with and distant northerly .30 feet measured
at right angles to the northerly line of the south 22 acres of
said northwest auarter of the northwest quarter of section 9;
thence westerly-along saia parallel line ~to the center line of
Euclid Avenue; thence northerly along said oenter line to the
point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the Clty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
