A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
SUBSCRIPTION WARRANT FOR bo RIGHTS FOR
THE SUBSCRIPTION TO CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES,
DATED OCTOBER 13, 1955 OF AMERICAN TELE-
PHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of 60
shares of the common stock of the American Telephone and Tele-
graph Company, and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, as the owner of such
stock, has received Subscription Warrant No. 0600-4692 for 60
rights for subscription to convertible debentures, dated
October 13, 1955, of the American Telephone and Telegraph
Company, and
WHEREAS, after investigation and study, the City
Council does find and determine that it would be to the
advantage and for the best interests of the City of Anaheim
,to sell said warrant for said subscription rights,
NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Subscription Warrant No. 0600-
4-692 for 60 for subscription to convertible debentures,
dated. October 13, 1955, of the American Telephone and Tele-
graph Company, be sold at the prevailing market price, and
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized to endorse said warrant for transfer, and to
execute any other papers or documents proper or necessary to
complete the sale of said subscription warrant.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 27th day of September 1955.
