RESOLUTION NO. 2927
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CAUSING A RECORD OF CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION
TO BE ENTERED UPON ITS MINUTES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has canvassed the
returns of a certain special annexation election held on the 26th day of August,
1955 in certain unincorporated territory sought to be annexed to said City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has caused a record to be made of the canvass
of returns of said election, which record is entitled RECORD OF CANVASS OF RETURNS
OF SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION HELD AUGUST 26, 1955.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that said record of canvass of returns of said election be, and the same is hereby
ordered, entered upon the minutes of said City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 13th day of
September, 1955.

I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted upon a final reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 13th
day of September, 1955, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Fry, Schutte, Wisser, and Van Wagoner.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Resolution on the 13th day of September, 1955.
