A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE PAYW
OF DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY AS OF
September 13, 1955
WHEREAS, the City Auditor has submitted to the City Council
for its examination, consideration and approval., demands against the
City as of S eptember 13, _1955 Warrants No. 1557 to
730 both inclusive, totaling 359,056.72
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that all of said demands are
proper and should be paid, except
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all
of said demands, except
be, and the same are hereby, approved and the City Auditor be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to issue warrants therefor.
AND $a IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be, and he
is hereby, authorized And dated to pey said warrants upon presenta-
tion to Rita by the parsons entitled t ii payment thereon, or their
