OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING-
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for street and public
utility purposes; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT E. KENNEDY and.
ELEANOR B. KENNEDY, husband and wife, and. JAMES S. SNOW and.
PATRICIA G. SNOW, husband and wife, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for street and public utility purposes, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of Tract
No. 2401 as shown on a map recorded in Book 76, pages 32
and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, said
point being South 0° 33 20" East 20.00 feet from the North-
westerly corner of said Tract No. 2401; thence South 0° 33
20" East along the Westerly line of said. Tract 2401 919.75
feet to a 1" iron pipe in said. Westerly line; thence South
89 39 40" West 5.43 feet to a curve, said curve being
concave Northeasterly and having a central angle of 10° 50
25" and a radius of 173.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along
said curve a distance of 32.73 feet to the end of said curve,
said point being the beginning of a curve concave Southwest-
erly having a central angle of 18° 11' 35" and a radius of
227.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve a distance
of 72.08 feet to the end of said curve; thence tangent from
said curve North 0° 33 20" West 517.07 feet to a point which
is South 0° 33 20" East 320.00 feet from the center line of
Romneya Drive as shown on Tract No. 2401; thence North 89°
39' 40" East 4.00 feet; thence North 0° 33 20" West 300.00
feet; thence North 89° 39 40" East 20.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00).
