TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

and to the qualified electors residing within said territory to
permit the above named proponents to commence proceedings for the
annexation of said territo:y to the City of Anaheim., upon the con-
ditions hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, said request has been referred to the City
Planning Commission and its report and recommendations received
recommending the granting of consent to commence proceedings for
annexation of said territory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the consent of the City Council be, and
it is hereby, given to said proponents to commence proceedings for
the annexation of the hereinafter described territory to the City
of Anaheim, upon the following conditions:
First.: That the proposal for annexation of said terri-
tory to the Ciy of Anaheim shall be submitted to and reported
upon to the proponents by the Bounda y Go ni s Sion of the County
of Orange, with respect to the definiteness and certainty of pro-
posed boundaries.
Second: That no petition be circulated for the annexat-
ion of said territory until after notice of intention to circulate
such petition has been published as required by law and a copy of
such notice and an affidavit of publication has been filed with
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim within ten (10) days after
the date of publication of said notice, and a resolution has been
adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim acknowledging
receipt of said notice and approving the circulation of said petit-
ion.
Third: That the circulation of any petition for the
annexation of said territory to the City of Anaheim shall not be
commenced until twenty -one (21) days after the publication of said
notice of intention to circulate the same.
The boundaries of the territory for which proceedings
arc proposed to be commenced for the annexation thereof to the Otty
of Anaheim are described as follows:

STANTON AVENUE ANNEXATION
A parcel of land being a portion of Sections 7 and 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and Sections
12, 13 and 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of a line parallel to and
30.00 feet easterly, as measured at right angles, of the east Section
Line of said Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 .lest, S.B.B.M.
(said east Section Line also being the centerline of Magnolia Avenue),
and a line parallel to and 20,00 feet northerly, as measured at right
angles, from the easterly prolongation of the north line of SE4 of
said Section 13 (said north line also being the centerline of Orange
Avenue);
1. Southerly 35 feet, more or less, along said line parallel to
east Section Line of Section 13 to a point of intersection with the
easterly prolongation of a line parallel to and 15.00 feet southerly,
as measured at right angles from the south line of NEB of said Sec-
tion 13 (said south line also being the centerline of Orange Avenue);
thence,
2. aesterly 7930 feet, more or less, along said line parallel
to centerline of Orange Avenue to a point of intersection with a line
parallel to and 20.00 feet easterly, as measured at right angles,
from the west line of NE4 of said Section 14, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, S.B.B.M., (said west line also being the centerline of
Western Avenue); thence,
3. Northerly 1980 feet, more or less, along said line parallel
to west line of NE4 of Section 14 to a point in the south line of
NW4 of NW of NE4 of said Section 14; thence,
4. Easterly 640 feet, more or less, along said south line of
NW4 of NW2 of NE4 of Section 14 to the SE corner of said NW- of NW4
of NE4 of said Section 14, said point also being the SW corner of
Tract No. 403 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 16 at Page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California; thence,
5. Northerly 640 feet, more or less, along west line of said
Tract No. 403 to a point of intersection with a line parallel to and
30.00 feet southerly, as measured at right angles, from the north
Section Line of said Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B.M., (said north Section Line also being the center line of
Lincoln Avenue); thence,
6. Easterly 3960 feet, more or less, along said line parallel
to centerline of Lincoln Avenue to the southerly prolongation of the
west line of SE4 of SE4 of SWg of said Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B.M.; thence,
7. Northerly 60 feet, more or less, along said west line and
its southerly prolongation to a point of intersection with a line
parallel to and 30.00 feet northerly, as measured at right angles,
from the south Section Line of said Section 12, (said south Section
Line also being the centerline of Lincoln Avenue); thence,
8, Easterly 3960 feet, more or less, along said line parallel
to centerline of Lincoln Avenue to the northerly prolongation of the
west line of DI- of NW4 of NW of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B.M., said point also being in the existing Anaheim City
Limits Line as established by the Gilbert Street Annexation to the
City of Anaheim, Annexation No. 37 as passed by Ordinance No. 868 on
November 24, 1953 and filed with the Secretary of State on January
11, 1954; thence,

9. Southerly 1382 feet more or less, along existing Anaheim
City Limits Line, and also along said west line and its southerly
prolongation of Ei of NW of NWT, of Section 18 to a point of inter—
section with a line parallel to and 20.00 feet southerly, as measured
at right angles, from the north line of SW& of NW4 of said Section
18 (said north line also being the centerline of Broadway); thence,
10. Westerly along said line parallel to centerline of Broadway
and also along said existing Anaheim City Limits Line to the north—
east corner of Tract No, 25 as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 9 at Page 28 )r' hisce11aneous Maps, R.eco;^ds of Orange County,
California; thence,
11. Southerly 581 3 feet along said exloting Anaheim City
Limits Line and also along east line of said Tract No. 25 to an angle
point in said Gilbert Street Annexation; thence,
12. Continuing southerly 335 feet, more; or less, along said cast
line of Tract No. 25 to a point of intcr$c a line parallel
to and 394.5 feet northerly, as measured a1cIg a 1'ne parallel to the
',vest Section Line of said Section 18, from the south line of NW of
said Section 18; thence,
13. tidesterly 570 feet, more or lass, along said lino parallel to
south line of NW of Section 18 to a point of intersection with a
line parallel to and 30.00 feet easterly, as measured at right angles
from said west Section Line of said Section 18 (said west Section
Line also being the centerline of Magnolia Avenue); thence,
14. Southerly 374.5 feet, along said line parallel to west
Section Lino of Section 18 to the point of beginning.
