97-023RESOLUTION NO. 97R- 23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CERTAIN STREET OR PORTION THEREOF
INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the owners of certain parcels of property have
heretofore dedicated or offered for dedication those parcels or
portions thereof to the City of Anaheim for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has not as yet accepted
said parcel or parcels into the city street system; and
WHEREAS, Section 1806 of the Street and Highways Code
of the State of California provides that no public or private
street or road shall become a city street or road until the
governing body of the city has, by resolution, caused the street
or road to be accepted into the city street system; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept those certain properties hereinafter
described into the city street system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept into the city street
system those streets or roads hereinafter set forth:
1. That parcel conveyed to the City of Anaheim
in Instrument 86- 610388 and recorded December
11, 1986 in the County Recorder's Office.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of March
