A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE ENGINEERS! REPORT,
SUBMITTED BY HARRISON WOOLLEY, TO THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT, DATED MARCH, 1955.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Orange County Flood Control
District Act (Act 5682, Stat. 1927, Ch. 723, Page 1325, as
amended) and a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the
Orange County Flood Control District, there has been prepared
and submitted to said Board of Supervisors by Harrison
Woolley, Consulting Engineers, an Engineers! Report dated
March, 1955, entitled "Engineers Report to the Board of
Supervisors of the Orange County Flood Control District on
General Plans, Specifications and Estimates of Cost for Rights
of -way, Construction Improvements and Incidental Costs to
Construct and Improve Drainage Facilities for Flood Control
in and Adjacent to Orange County, California"; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Engineers! Report has been
submitted to the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after study and
analysis and upon the recommendation of the City Engineer of
the City of Anaheim, that said report constitutes a sound and
satisfactory solution of local flood control problems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Engineers! Report, including
those portions of the general plans and specifications there-
in set forth for the construction and improvement of flood
control and drainage facilities in the City of Anaheim, be
and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby, authorized and directed to transmit a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the
Orange County Flood Control District.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 9th day of August, 1955.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of
the City of Anaheim signed and approved said Resolution on
the 9th day of August, 1955.
