1955-2863WHEREAS, the City Engineer having filed his report
as Street Superintendent showing the cost of removing weeds
from streets within the City of Anaheim, as heretofore ordered
by Resolution No. 2674, and the City Coucil having heard said
reoort and no objections having been raised by the property
owners liable to be assessed for the work of abating such
nuisance;
NOW, THE'R FORE, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby resolve and order as follows:
(1) That the report of said Street Superintendent
be, and the same is hereby, confirmed,
(2) That a certified copy of said report be filed
with the County Auditor of Orange County, California on or
before the 10th day of August, 1955, together with a certified
copy of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 19th day of July, 1955.
