WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAY Y. MALLONEE and
DOROTHY A. MALLONEE husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Allaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
aid more particularly described as

certain real property in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
The Westerly 30.00 feet of the West half of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 240.00 feet and the
South 360.00 feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars $1.00).
