A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Disneyland, Inc., a
Corporation,to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for road and public utility
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under, along, across and through all that
certain real property in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California described
as follows:
PARCEL 1:
The West 10.00 feet of the East 40.00 feet of
the following described property:
The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
PARCEL 2:
The West 10.00 feet of the East 40.00 feet
of the following described property:
The Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
21, Townsilip 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
PARCEL 3:
The West 10.00 feet of the East 40.00 feet of
Lots 1 and 4 of Block 14 of the Fairview
Colony Tract PS per map thereof recorded in
Book 1, Page 33 of Dscellaneous Tiaps, Records
of said Orange County.
(NOTE: For the purpose of this description the
center line of the 60.00 foot road adjoining
said Fairview Colony Tract on the East, commonly
known as West Street, is assumed to be the ast-
erly line of Lots 1 and 4 of said Block 14.)
SUBJECT to convenents, conditions, reservations,
restrictions, rights, rights of way and easements,
if any, of record.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00).
