A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED GRANTING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AN EASEMENT IN CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DISNEYLAND, INC., to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest
one- quarter SW of the Southwest one quarter (SW of
the Northeast one quarter (NE of Section 22, T.4S.,
R.10W., San Bernardino Meridian, said corner being in
the center line of Harbor Boulevard and also the North-
west corner of the land described in Certificate of Title
No. 13502; thence, N. 0° 16 25" W., along the center
line of Harbor Boulevard a distance of 199.51 feet to a
line which is at right angles to the aforedescribed center
line; thence, S. 89° 4 3' 35" W., along said right angle
line, a distance of 60.00 feet to the Westerly right of
way line of said Harbor Boulevard; thence, N. 0° 16 25"
W., along said Westerly right of way line, a distance of
183.43 feet to the true point of beginning of this descrip-
tion; thence, continuing N. 0° 16 25" W., along said
Westerly right of way line, a distance of 66.57 feet to
an angle point in said Westerly right of way line; thence,
N. 7° 06 59" W., along said Westerly right of way line,
a distance of 20.59 feet to the beginning of a curve
tangent, and concave Southwesterly, having a radius of
150.00 feet; thence, Northwesterly, along said curve
through a central angle of 50° 25' 19" an arc distance of
132.00 feet along said Westerly right of way line to a
line tangent; thence, N. 57° 32' 18" W., along said
Westerly right of way line and along said tangent line,
a distance of 66.00 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Southwesterly, a radial line through the beginning
of said curve bears N. 32° 27 42" E.; thence, Southeasterly,
along said curve having a radius of 275.00 feet through a
central angle of 57° 15' 53 an are distance of 274.85
feet to the Westerly right of way line of Harbor Boulevard
and the true point of beginning of this description.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One and no /100 Dollars ($1.00).
