A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED GRANTING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AN EASEMENT IN CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DISNEYLAND, INC.,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for road and public utility
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along, across and through all that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California described as follows:
The East 20.00 feet of the West 50.00 feet of the fol-
lowing described property:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M. described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of land described in
Torrens Title Certificate No. 47 on file in the office
of Registrar of Titles of Orange County, California,
said point being on the North and South quarter section
line of said Section 22 and distant North 0 16 1 25" West
42.93 feet from the intersection of said line with the
center line of Cerritos Avenue as described in Deed to
the County of Orange, recorded July 15, 1926 in Book 662,
Page 292 of Deeds; thence North 0 16 1 25" West along said
North and South quarter section line a distance of 410.73
feet; thence North 89°57 East 660.00 feet to the
East line of land described in said Torrens Title
Certificate No, 47; thence South 0 °16125" East 411.03
feet to the Southeast corner of land described in said
Certificate No. 47; thence South 89 °58 West 660.00
feet to the point of beginning.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under,
along, across and through all that certain real property in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
described as follows:

The East 20.00 feet of the West 50.00 feet of the
following described property:
The South half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following: Beginning at a
point in the West line of the Southeast quarter of Section
22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M., said point
being located 639.26 feet South 0 °14 East from the
center of said Section 22, said center point being the
intersection of the center line of Cerritos Avenue from
the West with the North and South quarter section line of
said Section 22; running thence North 89° 55' 30" East
660.75 feet to a one -inch pipe as shown on a map filed
in Book 15, Page 4 of Record of Surveys in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California; thence
South 0° 14' 45" East 21.05 feet, more or less, to the
Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 22;
thence South 89 5 4 5" West along the North line of said
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 22 to the Northwest corner of the
said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 22; thence North
0° 14' 30" West 21.24 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along, across and through all that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California described as follows:
The West 23.00 feet of the East 53.00 feet of the fol-
lowing described parcel:
The North 11.24 acres of the East 21.24 acres of the
South half of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
Also the West 7.00 feet of the East 60.00 feet of the
North 297.19 feet of the North 11.24 acres of the East
21.24 acres of the South half of the Northwest quarter of
Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion of the above described
parcel lying within the limits of the land conveyed to the
State of California by deed recorded in Book 2789, Pages
450 and 451 of Official Records of said Orange County.

of record.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along, across and through all that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State

lowing described property:
The Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 22 Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. M.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations,, re-
strictions, rights, rights of way and easements, if any,
of record.
PARCEL 6:
An easement for road and public utility purposes, over,
under, along, across and through all that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California described as follows:
The West 23.00 feet of the East 53.00

Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, re-
strictions, rights, rights of way and easements, if any,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
14th day of June 1955.
