A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY

PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
utility purposes
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for ro an

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,

of the South 40.00 feet of the following described parcel:
That portion of Section 2, Townshi:) 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa An, County
of Orfme, State of California, as said section is indi-
cated on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of :lscellaneous
Ma)s, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest euvrter
of the Southwest ouarter of said section; thence North 29°
50' 30" West 160.00 feet along the South line of said South-
west quarter of the Southwest ourrter to the true point of
beginning; thence Forth 0 37 40" West 140.00 feet; thence
South 890 50' 30" East 68.00 feet; thence South 00 37' 40"

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars 411.00).
