A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC j1TIT,I "f Y
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is fcr the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along, across and through the North 10.00 feet
of the South 40.00 feet of the following described
parcel:
Thyt portion of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa. Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, as said section is indi-
cated on a, map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Ma-os, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest auarter of said section; thence
North 89° 50' 30" West 92.00 feet along the South line
of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest au:-rter to the
true point of beginning; thence North 0° 3?' 40" West,
140.00 feet; thence South 89° 50' 30" East 62.00 feet;
thence South 0° 37' 40" East 140.00 feet to said South
line; thence North 89 50' 30" West 62.00 feet along

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars $1.00).
