RESOLUTION NO. 2780
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENTS .OVER
AND UNDER CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
UTILITY, SEWER AND SURFACE DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of obtaining easements for public utilities, sewers
and surface drainage over and under portions of Lots 2, 3 and
5 of Tract No. 617, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book
20, Page 3L, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept the offer of Paradise Square, a partner
ship, to grant such easements.

to be known as West Elm Avenue, Tedmar Avenue
and Gary Street, as shown on the maps of proposed
Tracts Nos. 2577 and 2578.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUICHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the
City of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (41.00).
